Is there really a free tier forever?
Yes — the Starter plan is free forever, no credit card required. It supports 25 invoices a month and one user, which is enough for most solo founders.
Do you handle Sri Lankan VAT properly?
Yes. VAT 18%, reduced rates, SSCL, withholding tax (5/10/14%), SVAT credit vouchers for BOI exporters, and APIT monthly brackets — all built in. Form VAT 01 exports to CSV ready for IRD filing.
Can I migrate from Tally / Quickbooks / Excel?
Yes. Bulk-import customers, vendors, items, invoices, and bills from CSV. We’ll surface any rows that fail validation so you can fix them and re-import.
Is the data hosted in Sri Lanka?
We host on Railway (US region by default). For organizations that require local data residency, talk to us about Team / Enterprise hosting options.
Does the customer portal need a login?
No. Each invoice has a unique, hard-to-guess share link your customer can open, view, pay (via PayHere), and download a PDF — no account required.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Pro and Team plans are monthly with no contracts. Cancel from settings; we keep your data accessible for 30 days in case you change your mind.
